Gina Marie Seriel


An accomplished artist and native Floridian, Gina moved to Southern California in 2004. With a calling on her life during childhood to “be the voice for those who do not have a voice”, Gina continued in her career all the while seeking the Lord for His specific plan and purpose. The vision was realized in 2014 with the founding of Our Father’s Table. “My father influenced my life by how he lived his own. His accomplishments and challenges continue to inspire me and impact the ministry of Our Father’s Table.”

Ken Hart


Ken has held a significant presence in the Southern California pool building industry for over 30 years. As a resident and business owner in South Orange County, he brings local knowledge and a passion for those who are hurting and homeless in his community.

Sr. Joanna Rosciszewska

Sister Joanna is celebrating 42 years of religious vocation. With a Masters degree in Theology, undergraduate degrees in Theology and Art, she currently serves as the Director of the St. Joseph Worker Program. Her enthusiasm and joyful spirit are contagious. She is passionate about empowering others, serving the poor and vulnerable especially immigrants and the homeless.

Michael Caspino

As a successful attorney for more than 20 years, Mr. Caspino has served in various roles including General Counsel to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange County.  He is the founding President of the Orange County Canyons Legatus Chapter. He  serves on the Board for Serra Catholic School, as well as the Board of Directors for the Obria Healthcare Foundation.

Renee’ Maldonado

Renee and her husband are business owners in South Orange County, and are longtime active members of Ocean Hills Mariners Church. She was on administrative staff over 10 years with Heart Christian Academy in San Juan Capistrano. She has been a part of various homeless outreach events with a heart for those trapped within the cycle of homelessness. 

Del Davenport

Del has been an executive in the Healthcare Information Technology field for over twenty years, working with businesses ranging from privately held start-ups to established, publicly traded companies. His entire life, Del has had a special place in his heart for those in need. As a board member with Our Father’s Table, he’s able to focus his passion for helping others in support of the OFT mission: “To walk alongside our homeless brothers and sisters and help them find restoration.” Del, his wife and two children live in South Orange County.
