HOW CAN I HELP?
You would like to help OFT but just don’t have much time??? “Care Bags of Love” are for you!!! Keep them at arm’s reach in the car and as you go about your daily errands, should you see a Homeless on the corner asking for help, you simply hand them a Care Bag of Love.
That’s IT!!! Come on, what could be easier? Our volunteers always love watching them go through the bag and look back with a huge smile on their face. What could be more rewarding… or easier???
HOW CAN I BE MORE DIRECTLY INVOLVED?
For those with more time, STREET OUTREACH is a very rewarding and involved ministry. OFT’s very own Street Outreach Ministry Angels go out into the street several times a week both in the early morning and in the evening – pick your schedule! If you are an individual with empathy, a good listener and a desire to really make a difference by helping others, please contact us. A minimum of two hours per weeks is desirable, but let’s talk it over!
